### HOW TO SAUNA:

**Hours:**

* Saunas close half an hour before the full facility.

**Hygiene:**

* Rinse off in the shower before entering to remove sweat and any strong perfume or scented products.

**Dress:**

* All sauna users are required to be covered with a towel, available at thefront desk.- Do not wear gym clothes or shoes in the sauna.

**Towels:**

* Use a towel on the bench wherever your skin will be in direct contact, as well as under your feet to catch any sweat.

**Steam:**

* Only use one spoonful of water on the heater per 10-minute period.
* Excess water on the sauna rocks can cause the heating element to break and will lead to extended closures.
* Sit higher for a warmer experience, lower for cooler.
* If the temperature is too hot or cold for you, ask for a group consensus prior to adjusting the thermostat or adding steam.

**Behavior:**

* Be considerate of others using the sauna and avoid loud conversation or other disturbances.
* No exercise in the sauna.

**Sauna Cleanliness:**

* Do not shave, tweeze, brush your hair, or groom in any way while using the sauna.
* Do not leave trash of any kind behind.
* Plain water only - do not bring food or sticky drinks into the sauna.
* Return all dirty towels to the laundry bins.

### CLOSURE NOTICES:

* Repeated misuse and poor etiquette can lead to temporary sauna closures.
* Poor cleanliness will lead to longer sauna down time for deep cleaning.&#x20;

The Front SLC is home to our only dog run! If your dog is friendly and comfortable spending some time alone while you're on the wall, feel free to drop them off. However, we ask that you follow these few rules when bringing your pup:

**1. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR DOG.**
Please keep in mind that we do not supervise, monitor, or in any way guarantee you or your dog's safety or security when using the Dog Park. Use of the Dog Park is entirely at your own risk.

**2. ONLY WELL-BEHAVED DOGS, PLEASE.**
If your dog is aggressive (to people or other dogs), sick, digs, tries to escape from enclosures, doesn't play well with others, or barks continuously, this is the wrong place to leave it. 

**3. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT YOUR DOG IS LICENSED, VACCINATED AND DISPLAYING CURRENT TAGS.**

**4. DO NOT BRING DOG TOYS OR FOOD INTO THE DOG PARK**.

**5. DO NOT LEAVE THE FRONT WITHOUT YOUR DOG.**
