Grab your seasonal latte and pop on your fleece northface vest and join us for the first Rock Spot community bouldering comp of the season. Get ready to fall before the start of Autumn, because they may be Pumpkin Spice Problems, but these climbs will be anything but basic.
Proceeds from this comp will benefit the Kismet Rock Foundation - a non-profit organization that benefits at-risk youth across New England by introducing them to rock climbing and the outdoors. from their website:
"Kismet Rock Foundation nourishes the physical, intellectual and emotional development of rural and urban children throughout New England before they enter their formative teen years. Our success in redirecting the path and supporting the potential of children is accomplished by providing scholarships for a comprehensive education in technical rock climbing within the context of a stable and loving family-like atmosphere."

Non-Member Cost: $15
Format: Modified Redpoint
Divisions: Beginner (V0-V3) - Intermediate (V4-V6) - Advanced (V7+)
Additional Rules
Each Division will have 4 climbs
Each Climb will have 2 zones and a Top
Z1=5 points
Z2=10 points
Top=25 points
Each attempt will deduct 0.1 points, so you're incentivized to complete each climb in the fewest attempts possible

The competiton will run from Sep 29, 2023 9:00 PM to Sep 30, 2023 1:00 AM
Each climber will compete against the other.
The cost of the comp is $15.00 .
